Does Teaching Tools give demonstrations how to use the props?

We are always pleased to share our applications for the props you purchase. Items do come with instructions, and we also offer short workshops during the year for customers to attend and learn about our range of products and experience them in use in the training room.

​How long will my delivery take to arrive?

If the ordered item is in stock, normally your order should arrive within 5 days. If items are not in stock, it may take up to 2 weeks, depending on availability from the manufacturer.

What is the Teaching Tools Returns Policy?

Requests for a return must be made to us within 7 working days of receiving your order. Returns will be provided if the product is faulty, not as advertised or not as ordered.  Returns are not provided on DVDs or CDs.  Teaching Tools will only accept goods returned in saleable condition, free of all visible signs of damage.
