If you purchased an item from Teaching Tools and it's not of acceptable quality or doesn't match the description, you can return it. Return with proof of purchase and we’ll repair it or exchange it providing a refund for your purchase using your original payment method.

Teaching Tools products:

We offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition suitable for resale. Instructions and templates must accompany returned  products.

• If you can present proof of purchase, we’ll give you a refund using your original payment method.
• If you can’t present proof of purchase, we’ll offer you an exchange coupon to the value of the current price of that product.

 We do not offer credits on DVDs or CDs.

Other products:

We offer exchange or a voucher iwithin 7 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition suitable for resale. Instructions, templates and props must accompany returned products.

If you can present proof of purchase, we’ll give you a refund using your original payment method.

If you have proof of purchase but it is outside the 7 days of purchase or delivery, we can give you an exchange coupon at the current price of that product.The initial delivery charge and the cost of freight to return goods to Teaching Tools is the responsibility of the customer, as is payment for returned goods that fail to reach Teaching Tools.

All refund rights under Australian State and Commonwealth law apply.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
